Control Management Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Frederick Lerouge to the Omaha office. Lerouge will be taking the position of CMI Vice President alongside Nathan Haug.

Lerouge is well-known in the HVAC industry and brings 21 years of building technologies, facilities operations and construction experience to CMI. His experience includes: 11 years of managing business growth, sales and operations teams in commercial, institutional, industrial and healthcare markets; four years designing and commissioning HVAC control systems; and six years in facility operations for both commercial and industrial facilities. 

Lerouge holds a Baccalaureate Degree in science from Academie de Caen, France. He is a current member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Society of Healthcare Engineering.

Lerouge is relocating to Omaha from St. Louis, MO with his wife Monica and his two sons Alexandre and Jacques.
